Ordering & Shipping Info


All online orders are processed securely with PayPal.  We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal as a method of payment on the website.  If you prefer not to order online, please contact us via email with what you would like to order.  We can send you an invoice so that you can mail a check directly to us with your order. 

Due to the increase in fraudulent transactions, we will only ship to a confirmed address.  We may contact you for confirmation if we feel that the order is fraudulent.  We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. 

ALL SHIPMENTS OVER $75.00 must be signed for at time of delivery.   If you are unable to sign for a delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.   


We ship most domestic orders via USPS Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

All domestic orders over $75.00 will be shipped via USPS standard shipping or the most economical way free of charge.  We ship most orders within 1-2 business days.  


We are now offering international shipping to our fishing friends abroad via the United States Postal Service.  Please select the shipping method at check-out.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  Please contact us at if you need to return an item.  

Please note the following conditions:

  • The item being returned must be new and unused.  It must include the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers.
  • The item must be in the original box and include all accessories.
  • Special orders,blemished items,sale and clearance items are not returnable.  If the item is defective, please contact us right away.
  • Items that are manufactured by Rooster's Tackle that are defective will be replaced at no cost.  Please contact us if you have a problem with one of our products.
  • Items that are not manufactured by Rooster's Tackle that are defective must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement under the manufacturers warranty.  Please remember to register all products that require warranty registration (rods,reels,electronics, etc.) with the manufacturer.  Please contact us if you need assistance.

All blemished lures and clearance items are sold as is and may not be returned.


If you don't see what you are looking for in the way of colors, please email us.  We may be able to accommodate your request for special colors.  Minimum order quantities may apply.
